Rakeback Poker Latest: WSOPC Regional Championship Final Table Decided

Cake Poker Rakeback WSOPC RingThe Horseshoe Hammond, Indiana has been hosting the latest stop on the WSOPC and the Regional Championship has played down to the Final Table following Kurt Jewell’s victory in the record breaking WSOPC Main Event that finished on Monday this week. The Regional Championship is a $10,000 buy in event with all final table finishers securing a spot at the WSOPC National Championship freeroll at Caesar’s in Vegas at the end of the World Series of Poker Circuit.

The National Championship itself will feature the top 100 players on the WSOPC who will need to qualify either by reaching final table sin regional events or by their rankings points earned throughout the WSOPC. The tournament will take place before the WSOP and will feature a $1,000,000 and will award a WSOP Gold Bracelet.

With so much on the line it was particularly tough for Steve Zolotow who was the bubble boy at Horseshoe Hammond and has missed out on his place in the National Championship for now at least. Zolotow was eliminated when he shoved whilst short stacked into David Sands the Doyles Room player.

Sands has been playing some fantastic poker throughout the year and is widely regarded as one of the best tournament players both online and live. He is a member of the Brunson 10 and represents Doyle’s Room Poker which is on the Cake Poker network. We offer Cake Poker rakeback at 33% which includes rakeback at Doyles Room Poker where you can play against legends like David “Doc” Sands.

The Final Table will feature some more well known online pros who are cutting their teeth and building their experience of live tournaments by playing in the WSOPC. Gabe Patgorski an online poker pro from New York is leading the way with Sands second and Shannon Shorr in third. The table also features Bernard Lee, Curt Kohlberg and a struggling Brandon Adams:
