Cake Poker –Named Rakeback Room of the Month

Cake Poker has been awarded our Rakeback Room of the Month and it’s not just us who feel Cake Poker is growing into a fantastic poker room and network to play on.

Recent results from Poker Scout reported that real money traffic has grown placing the US Friendly network at 8th on the rankings – two places higher than previous . The Cake Poker Network, home to Power Poker, DoylesRoom, and its flagship Cake Poker, jumped both the Microgaming Network and International Poker Network (IPN), climbing from tenth to eighth in the cash game traffic standings. Cake Poker has a seven-day average of 2,250 players, while Microgaming and IPN are tied at 2,200.

Apart from allowing 33% Rakeback which is higher than the industry average, cake poker is becoming the online poker room of choice for many poker players because they offer a good variety of games, and a fantastic Loyalty program.
Competitors could learn a lot from Cake Poker’s loyalty program, which offers six tiers of elite status and three separate frequent player point-style rewards in Gold Chips, Gold Stacks and Gold Cards.

Players have a “Gold Chip Meter” which awards Gold Chips when a certain amount of frequent player points is earned. Those chips can be used for instant prizes or tournament entries but they can also be collected until a player has a Gold Stack, which offers even more rewards.

There have also been a number of recent software updates the most celebrated of which is synchronised breaks, introduced late last year.
