1. You must opt-in using this link: https://optin.betfair.com/?cid=3283 before 23:59 (GMT) on 28th February 2011 in order to participate in this promotion.
2. This promotion is only valid to players who sign up to Betfair Poker through www.raketherake.com and play their first real money hand between 1st February 2011 and 23:59 (GMT) on 28th February 2011.
3. This promotion is only open to new players who open their account between 1st February 2011 and 23:59 (GMT) on 28th February 2011. Existing players who open a new account will be automatically excluded.
4. The promotion period ends 90 days after the account is opened.
5. To be eligible to win either an iPad 16Gb Wi-Fi edition or $600 cash*, you must earn a minimum of 100 Poker Player Points per day for 45 days out of the 90 day promotion period, through real money play on Betfair Poker.
6. Only Player Points earned at tables at which a seat is taken after the promotion has started will count towards qualification. For example, if you sit down at a table at 23:55 GMT on 31st of January and then go on to play until 00:15GMT on the 1st February then no Player Points earned during that session will count towards your total, even those earned after 00:00GMT. However if you were to sit down at 00:01 GMT and play until 00:15 GMT then all of the Player Points earned in the period would count.
7. Only Player Points earned at tables at which a seat is left before the promotion has ended will count towards qualification. For example, if you leave a table at 23:59 GMT then the Player Points earned during the session you are leaving will count towards your total. However if you were to stand up at 00:01 GMT then all of the Player Points earned at that table in that particular session will not count towards this promotion.
8. If you are a winner you agree to Betfair contacting you by email or by phone.
9. By entering this promotion, you give permission for Betfair to pass your details to any third party organiser of the promotion so they may contact you in the event that you win a prize. If you do not win anything in this promotion, your details will not be passed on without your explicit permission.
10. If you are a winner and you do not have your delivery address confirmed after 3 attempts, you will be automatically credited with $600.
11. If you are eligible to receive an iPad 16Gb Wi-Fi edition or $600 cash, you will be contacted within two weeks of 28th May 2011.
12. The iPad 16Gb Wi-Fi edition is available to residents of European Union Countries only. All other winners are eligible to receive $600 in cash, paid into their Betfair account.
13. If you are resident in the European Union you may choose to receive $600 instead of the iPad 16Gb Wi-Fi edition.
14. Delivery of the iPad 16Gb Wi-Fi edition will take place between May 2011 and July 2011. It is the players own responsibility to pay any custom duties, taxes and storage charges incurred in the customers home country.
15. * Award of iPads is subject to availability, and Betfair reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute the award of an iPad for $600 cash.
16. Payments of the $600 cash prize will be made within two weeks of 28th May 2011.
17. The prizes will be fulfilled by our partner PrizeShark.com. By participating in this promotion you agree to Betfair supplying PrizeShark.com with your contact details to arrange the delivery of your prize. Your contact details will not be shared with other 3rd parties, nor will PrizeShark use your details for anything other than the fulfilment of your prize.
